The Working group on GHG has held the 3rd
meeting on 16/17 October 2012 at Busan to review the outcome of MEPC 64 and
indentify any decision that may affect the contents of the draft ACS guidances
on EEOI and SEEMP and to finalize development of the two ACS guidances.
