Mr. Nguyen Vu Hai, ACS TMG Chairman and Mr Kim tae-woo, Coordinator has attended at the Tokyo MOU Open Forum 2013, which was held in the Riverview hotel, Singapore on 24 January 2013.

Mr. Vu Hai made ACS presentation on the topics for the consideration of the provision of more comprehensive and transparent PCS data and statistics, as attached.
